AUXERA COOKIE & ANALYTICS NOTICE

Auxera uses limited browser technologies and analytics tools to operate and improve the Platform. This Notice explains what technologies are used and how they are controlled.

Essential Technologies

Essential session and authentication technologies support: Clerk authentication sessions; secure login state; CSRF protection; session management; organization selection; and user preferences. These are required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled while actively using Auxera.

Behavioral Analytics — Microsoft Clarity (Optional, Consent-Based)

Where the user has granted consent, Auxera may use Microsoft Clarity to understand user interaction, including: clicks; navigation patterns; scrolling behavior; page interactions; session duration; and usability events.

Auxera records visible page content and interaction behavior on the BCA, EHP, FEMA Toolkit, and Copilot workflows when a user grants analytics consent. These recordings may include visible text, outputs, navigation, scrolling, and other on-screen interactions. All form inputs remain masked. The following are never intentionally transmitted to Microsoft Clarity: passwords; OTP or MFA values; API credentials; form-input values; or uploaded file contents.

Auxera excludes account, administrative, sign-in, and sign-up screens where recording is not permitted. Behavioral analytics will not be initialized for a user unless that user has granted analytics consent. Users should not enter information into visible non-input content that they are not authorized to disclose to Auxera and Microsoft Clarity.

Support Technologies

If Intercom or another support platform is enabled, it may use browser technologies necessary to provide support and chat functionality.

Payment Technologies

If Stripe is enabled for eligible users, Stripe may use technologies needed for payment security, fraud prevention and payment processing.

Managing Your Preferences

Users may enable or disable product analytics at any time through: Account → Privacy → Manage Analytics Preferences. Disabling analytics does not affect essential authentication, security logging, or legally required audit records.
