AUXERA ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Auxera Platform and is incorporated into the Auxera Terms of Use.

Prohibited Uses

Users must not use Auxera to: violate applicable law or regulation; gain unauthorized access to systems or data; probe, scan or test Auxera security without prior written authorization from Auxera; distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code; interfere with or disrupt Platform operation; bypass or circumvent access controls; impersonate another person or entity; share authentication credentials with others; scrape or systematically extract Platform content without authorization; reverse engineer or decompile protected Platform functionality except where applicable law expressly permits and cannot be waived; access another organization's private information; upload data the user lacks the legal right to process; infringe third-party intellectual-property rights; expose Auxera Confidential Information or Trade Secrets; use Auxera to develop unlawful or malicious software; overload or abuse Platform services; manipulate analytics or usage metrics; use bots or automated systems beyond permitted Platform functionality; attempt unauthorized API access; or use protected Auxera materials to replicate proprietary Platform workflows for unauthorized competitive purposes where legally enforceable.

Restricted Data

Unless expressly authorized by Auxera in writing, users must not upload: classified or controlled national-security information; payment-card credentials; passwords or authentication secrets; Social Security numbers where unnecessary; HIPAA-regulated protected health information; CJIS-restricted criminal-justice information; restricted claimant PII; or confidential third-party information whose disclosure to Auxera is prohibited by another agreement or applicable law.

Investigation and Enforcement

Auxera may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, other users, Auxera's intellectual property, or legal compliance. Violations may also constitute a breach of the Terms of Use.
